Networking event at 23rd of April in cooperation with Kvinder i Fysik KIF and Cinemateket in Copenhagen.
We are going to see the film Hidden Figures: Hidden Figures is a 2016 biographical drama film and non-fiction book telling the true story of three African-American women—Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan, and Mary Jackson—who worked as "human computers" at NASA during the 1950s and 60s. These brilliant mathematicians overcame strict segregation and gender discrimination to play crucial roles in launching astronaut John Glenn into orbit. We will probably do some short talks before the film ( H5Gs and KIF).
Normal price is 110 DKK but as a role model or associated with H5Gs you get it for 75 DKK. Hope to see as many of you. Let us know if you will join us;) - after the film. there is a bit of snacks. Before the event Itzel and Chris has arranged a networking "Friday bar".
